What we collect through this site
The contact form collects your name, email address and the text of your message. We use no tracking cookies and carry no advertising.
The chat assistant, Ray
Messages you type into the chat are sent to Groq (USA) so that a reply can be generated. They are not stored - not by us and not on the site. No conversation history is kept, no transcript is saved, and nothing from the chat reaches Sonia. Ray gives no diagnosis and makes no judgement about a child. Please do not type a name, health information or any other personal data about your child into the chat - call +359 88 959 3098 for that.
On what basis
We process the form data to answer your enquiry, on the basis of your consent, given when you send the message. You may withdraw it at any time. Using the chat is equally voluntary; if you would rather your messages did not leave the EU, simply do not use it and call instead.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. If you become a patient, clinical records are retained as required by [STATUTORY PERIOD].
Who we share it with
With the email provider Resend (USA), solely to deliver your message; with Groq (USA), solely to generate the chat assistant's replies; and with Cloudflare (EU), which hosts the site. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for any other purpose.
Health information
The contact form is not intended for health information. Please do not describe your child's condition there - we will discuss it in person or by phone. Patient data is held separately, in the practice system.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (kzld.bg).
